How to check if the application/software is running

In order to use Webshots you will need to open the application/software.

If you are having trouble logging into Webshots.com it may be because the Webshots software is not running. To check if the software is running follow these steps:

1. Check the system tray and look for the Webshots icon:

2. If this icon isn't showing up in the system tray the software is not running. Locate the shortcut on your desktop and open it:

3. If Webshots is not running and you do not see a shortcut to open Webshots, please reinstall here:

A new shortcut will install with the app.
