We no longer has access to inactive accounts which have not been used, or updated, for 5 years or longer. This includes any saved pictures. If you have not used, or updated, Webshots since 2013, you will need to sign up for a new account and install the current version of the app if you would like to use Webshots again. This can be done through our website, https://webshots.com/desktop
Please make a backup of any old pictures you saved previously. We have no record of pictures from accounts not updated in 2013 and they will not transfer when you create a new account.
If you set up or have used Webshots in the last 5 years and can't remember what email address you used, please send us an email and let us know your full name, and any possible email address you may have used to register your account. We can try to find it for you. Use the "Click here for help" button below to send us an email.
Please note, all current, available accounts are only registered to email addresses. Any account registered to a user name, is more than 5 years old and was not updated back in 2013. These accounts are no longer available.
